If you do a lot of fast passed moving and lifting at work, however, then you're going to need to wait a bit longer. By this point, though, you can begin making your own meals and going food shopping to jump start your healthy lifestyle on your own. From here, you can also begin light exercising. Be sure to ask your doctor about what kinds of exercises they suggest at this point. 

The Following Month: 

Once you have reached a month after having then surgery, you should notice the change in your body that liposuction has provided since swelling should be completely reduced. At this point, you should be able to get back to your daily life, including going back to work and exercising more heavily. Just be sure that you visit your doctor first to get the approval.
